1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JomTrip site ("this site"), jointly operated by Fitweb Solutions and Affanpay Sdn Bhd, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this site.

2. Description of Service

JomTrip is a free homestay-matching service. We facilitate matches between users and homestays within the TamuStay network based on the requests you submit. JomTrip is not a direct booking platform and does not process any booking payments.

3. User Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to submit a request through this site, or obtain parental/guardian consent if under that age.

4. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring the information provided in the request form (name, phone number, email, destination, dates, etc.) is accurate and up to date, to allow us to contact you and match you with a suitable homestay.

5. No Guarantee of Match

While we make every reasonable effort to match each request, JomTrip does not guarantee the availability, price, or suitability of any particular homestay for any request submitted.

6. Free Service

Submitting a request through this site is free and does not obligate you to any booking or payment.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

This site contains links to sister platforms such as Tamu Dine and Tamu Stay. These platforms operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. JomTrip is not responsible for the content or services provided by third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, JomTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this site or linked services, including but not limited to issues relating to homestay bookings with hosts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this site after any amendment constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
